Read the texts. Match (1—5) with the choices (A—C).

A newspaper publishes its views on current events on the front page. This type of publications is called the ___________(1). It does not present news, but rather reasoned opinion based on facts.

The ___________(2) is the text indicating the nature of the article below it. Its purpose is to quickly and briefly draw attention to the story. It is generally written by the editor, but it may also be written by the writer.

The ___________(3) includes the text of the conversation between two or more people. Usually the journalist asks questions and another person or people answer them. One common variation is the round table — the text of a discussion usually between three or more people.

The ___________(4) section provides businessmen and people interested in business with information on banking, foreign exchange rates, imports and prices for different types of goods.

The ___________(5) section contains the news about sports events in and out of the country. It also gives readers the information about people well-known in sport.
